In VanillaSoft, you can easily add images from online sources to your email templates and call scripts. If the image is on your computer, you'll need to upload it to your VanillaSoft Document Library first. Steps to Add an Image to an Email Template

Select Project: From the Admin homepage, select the desired project.

Access Email Templates: Open the Email, SMS & Docs tab at the top and select the Email Templates section.

Choose Template: In the Manage Selected Email Template section, select the template you would like to modify.

Select Image Location: In the HTML Body section, click where you want the image to be placed.

Insert Image: Click the Insert Image icon, and a new window will open.

Enter Image Source: Paste the Image Source URL, add any desired description, and set the dimensions (only the source URL is required).

Confirm Insertion: Once everything has been entered, click Ok.

Save Template: Make any other desired changes to the template and once done, click Save.
Steps to Add an Image to a Call Script

Select Project: From the Admin homepage, select the desired project.

Access Call Scripts: Open the Field Customization menu, then the Call Scripts sub-menu, and select the Call Scripts section.

Choose Call Script: Open the Selected Call Script drop-down and select the call script you wish to modify.

Select Image Location: In the SubScript Text area, click where you want the image to be placed.

Insert Image: Click the Insert Image icon, and a new window will open.

Enter Image Source: Paste the Image Source URL, add any desired description, and set the dimensions (only the source URL is required).

Confirm Insertion: Once everything has been entered, click Ok.

Save Script: Make any other desired changes to the call script and once done, click Save.
Copy Source URL

Select Project: From the Admin homepage, select the desired project.

Access Document Library: Open the Email, SMS & Docs menu and select the Document Library section.

Copy Image Link: In the Imported Documents section, click the Copy Link icon next to the file you would like to use.
Your file's source URL has been copied and can be used as needed.
