You can specify which users can view your calendar from their MyCalendar page by choosing the appropriate option. Select specific users or all appointment setters, depending on your preference. Keep in mind that these settings do not impact a user's ability to see your calendar when setting appointments.
Configure Calendar Access for a User

Select Users from Admin: From the Admin homepage, click Users in the top menu.

Find the User: Search for and select the user you wish to configure calendar access for.

Open Calendar Access Tab: Click the Calendar Access tab.

Select Access Level: Choose Nobody, All Users, or The below selected users as needed.

Select Users (If Applicable): If you chose The below selected users, select the specific appointment setters and users allowed to view this user's calendar.

Save Changes: Click Save to confirm.
Configure Calendar Access for Yourself (as an Admin)

Access Settings: From the Admin screen, click your username in the top-right corner.

Open My Calendar Access: Click the Calendar Access tab.

Select Access Level: Choose Nobody, All Users, or The below selected users based on your preference.

Select Users (If Applicable): If you selected The below selected users, choose the appointment setters and users permitted to view your calendar.

Save Changes: Click Save to confirm.
Configure Calendar Access for Yourself (as a Caller)

Access Settings: From the Caller screen, click your username in the top-right corner.

Open My Calendar Access: Click My Calendar Access in the left menu.

Select Access Level: Choose Nobody, All Users, or The below selected users based on your preference.

Select Users (If Applicable): If you selected The below selected users, choose the appointment setters and users permitted to view your calendar.

Save Changes: Click Save at the bottom of the page.
