How to Cancel Your VanillaSoft Account as an Admin

Send Cancellation Request Email: Send your cancellation request to info@vanillasoft.com using the email address associated with your VanillaSoft login. Be sure to clearly state that you wish to cancel your account and include the date on which you'd like the cancellation to take effect.

Receive Confirmation: You will receive a reply from VanillaSoft's Accounting Department shortly after your request, confirming that your cancellation request has been received. A representative will contact you to confirm the successful cancellation of your account.

How to Cancel Your VanillaSoft Account as a Self-Paying Caller

Access Your Profile: From the Caller homepage, click on your username located in the top-right corner. If you are logged in as an administrator, switch to the Caller view by selecting "Caller" at the top of the screen.

Open Payment Information: In the left-hand menu, select "Payment Info" to manage your billing details.

Initiate Account Cancellation: Scroll to the bottom of the Payment Info page and click on "Cancel VanillaSoft Account" to begin the cancellation process.

Confirm Your Cancellation: A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click "Confirm" to finalize the deactivation of your account.
After confirming, you will be automatically logged out, and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. This email will confirm that your VanillaSoft account has been successfully deactivated.
Note: To avoid being charged for the next billing period, your cancellation must be made at least 1 day in advance of your billing date.
