By default, VanillaSoft displays all default Contact Fields on the Caller side. As an Admin, you have the ability to modify which fields are visible to your Callers. Even if a field is not shown on the Caller side, the information in that field is still stored. This guide will walk you through the steps to modify the visible contact fields for your Callers.
Important Considerations

Field Visibility: Callers will only see the fields that are checked on the Contact page. To view all of a contact's information, Callers can click Edit to see all available fields.

Steps to Modify Visible Contact Fields

Select Project: From the Admin homepage, select the desired Project.

Access Contact Fields: Open the "Page Layout" menu and select the "Contact Fields" section.
- Modify Field Visibility:
- Check any field you would like to make visible to Callers.

Uncheck any field you would like to hide from Callers.

Save Changes: Once you have made your selections, click Save.
