Before starting an Email Nurturing campaign, you need to configure email sender accounts. These settings ensure smooth delivery and proper sender rotation, which maintains high deliverability and prevents spam flags. These steps must be completed by an Admin.
-
Access the Email Senders Section: From the Admin homepage, navigate to the Email, SMS & Docs menu, hover over Email Nurturing, and select the Senders section.
-
Add New Senders: Use the Search users to add them as senders drop-down or type the user's name into the Search to add sender search bar. Once you find the correct user, click + Add Sender next to their name to include them as a sender.
-
Configure Mailbox Rotation: To distribute sending volumes across multiple email addresses for a single user, open the Connect New Email drop-down and select the appropriate email type.
- Configuring at least one email account is required, however using multiple email addresses reduces the risk of spam blocks. For additional tips, refer to Best Practices for Email Deliverability.
-
Set Daily Sending Limits: Specify the maximum number of emails each account can send daily by entering a value in the Daily Email Limit field.
- It is recommended to set a limit of no more than 150 emails per day. If you need to exceed this limit, ensure the email address has been properly warmed up to avoid deliverability issues.
-
Enable Email Ramp-Up: Open the Actions menu by clicking the three dots
, then select Enable Email Ramp-Up.
- This feature gradually increases sending volumes for new email addresses, reducing the risk of emails being flagged as spam. More details and instructions in the Configuring Email Ramp-Up for Better Deliverability article.
