Access the Triggers Section: From the Admin homepage, navigate to the Email, SMS & Docs menu, hover over Email Nurturing, and select Email Nurturing from the sub-menu.

Set Up Result Code Triggers: Once you have completed up to step 7 of Setting Up Email Nurturing Campaigns, use result codes to automatically add or remove contacts from campaigns.
- Specify the result codes that will trigger the action.
- Define whether contacts are added to or removed from a campaign.

Set Up Date-Based Triggers: Use date fields to automate actions such as sending reminders before renewal dates.
- Select the date field to use as the trigger (e.g., renewal date).
- Define the timeframe for the action (e.g., 30 days before the date).

Configure Recipient Interaction Triggers: Automate actions based on recipient behavior, such as email opens or clicks.
- Use AI-driven reply sentiment analysis to route replies based on their content (positive, negative, neutral).
- Define actions such as routing contacts to a queue or removing them from the campaign.

Save and Test Triggers: Review and save the triggers by clicking Next Step, then run tests to ensure they work as expected.
