The Email Sequence Management feature in VanillaSoft allows you to create, edit, and manage automated email sequences for nurturing campaigns. This ensures personalized, timely outreach to your leads and customers.
Email sequences are flexible and support features, variables, and HTML email editing to enhance deliverability and engagement. This step must be completed by an Admin.

Access the Email Sequence Section: From the Admin homepage, navigate to the Email, SMS & Docs menu, hover over Email Nurturing, and select Email Nurturing from the sub-menu.

Create a New Campaign: Click Create Campaign, then provide a descriptive name, select the sending hours, and configure time zones as needed.

Add Email Steps to the Sequence: Use the editor to add email steps. You can specify:
- Email content, including variables for personalization.
- Spintax for adding variations in email content to avoid spam detection.
- Attachment support for files or inline images.

Set Time Intervals Between Emails: Configure the delay between emails to align with your outreach strategy. For example, wait 2 days before sending the next email.

Save and Preview the Sequence: Save the sequence and preview the emails to ensure everything is correct. Sequences saved here are exclusive to the Email Nurturing feature and cannot be used elsewhere.
