How to Find or Change Access Code

Your access code is the password to your VanillaSoft VoIP line and is used to check or setup your voicemail, or to log in to your ConnectMeVoice portal.

How to find access code

Your access code can be found in your original VoIP line setup email. If you cannot find that email, you would need to call support and one of our agents will look it up for you. Technical support's contact information can be found here

How to change access code

You can change your access code if desired. The access code is case-sensitive, must be between 4 and 8 characters, and can be numbers and/or letters (Note: We recommend to keep it only numbers to allow access from your soft phone). You can change your access code by following these steps:

1. Go to the ConnectMeVoice User Portal by clicking here.
2. Enter your 11-digit VanillaSoft VoIP line number, extension if applicable, and password (access code).
3. Click on Mailbox Settings then Settings from the left-hand pane.
4. Click Edit to make desired changes.
5. Enter your new access code making sure to enter the same code in the confirmation box as well.
6. Click Save and your access code has been updated. 

Once this is complete, you can now log in using your new access code. You can test this by logging out and logging back in with the new access code.
