How to Listen To Voicemail Drop

Managing your message drops can be done very easily from the ConnectMeVoice portal. If you would like to setup your voicemail drop(s) and are unsure how, refer to this article for setup instructions. 


Follow these steps if you would like to listen, download, or delete your voicemail drop recordings: 

1. Go to the ConnectMeVoice User Portal by clicking here.
2. Enter your 11-digit VanillaSoft VoIP line number, extension if applicable, and password (access code).
3. From the left-hand pane, select Control Panel and then select Administrative.
4. Select Message Drops at the top of this page.
5. Here you can listen, download, or delete your current voicemail drop recordings as desired.

To Note: The number listed in the filename reflects the mailbox number within the VMDrop section of your VanillaSoft profile (Example: om1.mp3 is for message drop 1, om2.mp3 is for message drop 2, etc.).
