SmartCaller ID is a feature that enhances your calling experience by allowing you to present a local or more relevant caller ID to the person you are calling. If SmartCaller ID has been added to your account, you can easily enable or disable it based on your preference.
Enable or Disable SmartCaller ID
- Log In: Access the VanillaSoft VoIP portal by logging in with your username and password.
- Access Settings: Navigate to the left-hand menu, click on Settings, and then select Caller ID.
- Adjust Caller ID Settings: In the Caller ID Settings tab, locate the Enable SmartCaller ID checkbox and turn on or off as desired.
- Save Changes: Click Save to apply your changes. The changes will take effect immediately.
