Incorrect Username or Password

If you receive an error stating "Incorrect Username or Password" while trying to log in, make sure you are using the proper credentials. To log in to VS Connect, you use the VoIP number that is currently assigned to you as the credentials.

If your VoIP number is 555-555-5555, here is what your credentials would be:

Username: 15555555555@vanillasoft.com
Password: 15555555555

If your VoIP number is 555-555-5555 and you have an extension of 123, here is what your credentials would be:

Username: 15555555555.123@vanillasoft.com
Password: 15555555555.123

If you're not sure what your VoIP number is, you can find out by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Vanillasoft.
  2. Click on your username in the top-right corner.
  3. Go into the Dialing Info section.
  4. View what number is listed in the ConnectMeVoice Number field.

This will be the number that is assigned to you. You will need to use this number in the above format to log in.
