- VS Connect Credentials if you Do Not Use an Extension: Your username will be in the format of your 11-digit VoIP number followed by "@vanillasoft.com", and your password will be your 11-digit VoIP number.

- VS Connect Credentials if you Use an Extension: If you have an extension, your username will be in the format of your 11-digit VoIP number followed by ".[extension]@vanillasoft.com", and your password will be your 11-digit VoIP number followed by ".[extension]".

How To Find Your VoIP Number
