Making sure that your personal information is up-to-date is a great way to ensure that you maintain a professional and uniform look, ensures that you advertise your proper callback information, and if you use templates or signatures, the correct information is used.
Note: If you use templates or email signatures that use Contact Variables, the information is most likely pulled from this section.
To change your personal information
- Click your username in the top-right corner.
- From the User Profile section, make the desired changes (you may have to open Additional Fields to see all field option).
- Once you are done, click Save.
If there are any issues with you not being able to make changes in this section, you will need to reach out to your administrator as they have permission restrictions in place.
