This guide will walk you through updating or entering your credit card payment information, including name and address fields. This applies to account-wide billing users only. For steps on how to update your billing information for self-paying users, refer to our Updating Payment Information for Individual Billing article.
Updating your Payment Information
- Log in to VanillaSoft as an Account Admin.
- From the menu at the top, select Account.
- Select the Payment Information section from the top menu bar.
- Click the Enter New Info button.
- Enter your new information in the Card Information fields.
- Enter your new information in the Billing Information fields.
- Once done, click Save.
Your new payment information has been updated. If there are any issues updating this information, please contact our Accounting department by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 972-200-0179 option 3.
