If you manage user access to scheduling tools, use these steps to allow or revoke the Appointment Scheduler for a specific user in Vanillasoft. When access is turned off, the feature is removed from the Caller view and all previously shared scheduler links are deactivated across every project. Callers who do have access can set up their booking link and availability by following the steps in the Configure Your Appointment Scheduler as a Caller article.
Configure Appointment Scheduler Access

Log in to Vanillasoft as an Admin.
- If you are logged in as a Caller, switch to Admin from the top menu.

Open Users from the top menu.

Click the username you want to manage to open the user profile (Edit User page).

Scroll down to the User Permissions section, then check or uncheck Caller Side Appointment Scheduler.
- Checked (default): The user can create and share appointment links.
- Unchecked: The user loses access and all of their existing scheduler links are deactivated across all projects.
- Click Save.
Access has now been updated for the selected user. Repeat these steps for any other users you need to configure.
