If you've forgotten your Vanillasoft VoIP portal password or need to reset it for security reasons, you can quickly regain access using the password reset feature on the login page. This self-service option allows you to reset your password without contacting support, ensuring you can get back to work quickly. The reset process uses your registered email address or phone number to send you a secure link for creating a new password.
Password resets are processed immediately, and the reset link is valid for a limited time. If you encounter issues during the reset process, multiple failed login attempts will temporarily lock your account for security purposes.
Reset Your Password

Navigate to the Vanillasoft VoIP portal login page and select Forgot Your Password.

Enter the email address or phone number associated with your account.

Email address: Enter your work email address that is registered to your account.
- Phone number: If you use your phone number to log in, enter your 10-digit phone number in the following format: XXXXXXXXXX (e.g., 5141112345).

Click Next.
You will receive a notification confirming that a password reset link has been emailed to you. Check your email inbox (and spam or junk folder if needed) for the password reset message. Click the link provided in the email to proceed with resetting your password.
When you open the password reset link, you'll be prompted to create a new password. Your new password must meet the following requirements:

Your password must contain at least eight (8) characters.

The password is case sensitive.
- Ensure your Caps Lock key is off when entering your password.
After entering and confirming your new password, click Save or Submit to complete the password reset process. You can then log in to the Vanillasoft VoIP portal using your new credentials.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues while resetting your password, the following tips may help:

Account Lockout: Multiple failed login attempts will lock your account for 1 hour as a security measure. Wait for the lockout period to expire, or contact Vanillasoft Support if you need immediate access.

Phone Number Format: If your identifier is a phone number, it must be entered in the format XXXXXXXXXX (e.g., 5141112345) without dashes, spaces, or parentheses.

Email Not Received: Check your spam or junk folder for the password reset email. If you still don't see it, verify that you entered the correct email address and try again.
- Expired Reset Link: Password reset links are valid for a limited time. If your link has expired, return to the login page and request a new password reset.
