Call statistics reports are generated through the Vanillasoft VoIP portal and can be printed or reviewed on-screen for further analysis.
Generate a Call Statistics Report

Log in to the Vanillasoft VoIP portal.
- Note: This portal may display Cloudli branding because it is hosted by Cloudli. All configuration and support are handled by Vanillasoft. For assistance, contact Vanillasoft Support.

Click Reports from the main navigation.

Open the Call Log menu.

Select the Call Statistics submenu.

Open the Start drop-down to select the date you want to run the report for.

Click Generate.

The report will generate at the bottom of the screen. You can review the report on-screen or click Print to print the report.
Understanding Your Call Statistics Report
The Call Statistics report displays the following information:

Inbound Calls – Total number of incoming calls received during the selected date range.

Outbound Calls – Total number of outgoing calls made during the selected date range.

Duration – Total time spent on calls, displayed for both inbound and outbound activity.
