Add VoIP HUD to Contact Page

Your VanillaSoft VoIP Heads Up Display (HUD) may be added as a panel on your Total View Contact page as a panel for easy viewing and automatic login each day.  To access the HUD inside of VanillaSoft your personal HUD shortcut URL must be entered into the VanillaSoft user Dialing Info profile. Follow this guide to add your VoIP HUD to your VanillaSoft Contact page.

Add HUD to Panel

1. Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.
   

   ---

2. Select the desired Project.
   

   ---

3. Open the Page Layout menu and select Page Layout.
   

   ---

4. Open the Available Tabs drop-down and select CMV HUD.
   

   ---

5. Open the panel selection drop-down and select the desired Panel.
   

   ---

6. Once both are selected, click Add.
   

   ---

7. You should now see CMV HUD listed in the desired panel.
   

   ---

8. Once done, click Save.
   

   ---

You should now see the CMV HUD tab on the Caller side of VanillaSoft (shown below)
