To access the portal, you'll need the login credentials provided in your VoIP portal account creation email. Once logged in, you can manage your VoIP settings, configure call routing, and customize your telephony experience.

Log In to the VoIP Portal

Navigate to the Vanillasoft VoIP portal.
- Note: This portal may display Cloudli branding because it is hosted by Cloudli. All configuration and support are handled by Vanillasoft. For assistance, contact Vanillasoft Support.

Enter your email address or phone number associated with your VoIP portal account in the Identifier field.

Enter your Password.

Click Enter.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
I Didn't Receive My Login Credentials
When your VoIP portal account is created, you will receive an email containing your login credentials. If you didn't receive this email or are unsure of your username:

Click Forgot your Password? on the login page.

Enter your email address in the Identifier field.

Click Next.
Check your email for instructions to reset your password and log in.
