Defining Lead Source by Color

Define each Lead Source by color to easily distinguish one from another while on the Contact screen. This saves time by not having to look around for needed information but instead allows you to tell where each Contact came from at a quick glance. Once configured, you will see the Lead Source highlighted in the selected color while on the Caller side. 

Define each Lead Source by Color

1. Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.

2. Select the desired Project.
   

   ---

3. Open the Field Customization menu, then the Lead Source sub-menu, and select Lead Source.
   

   ---

4. Select the color box listed beside the Lead Source name.
   

   ---

5. Chose which color you would like from the color picker.
   

   ---

6. Once done, click Save.
