Allow Callers Access to Reports
VanillaSoft allows both Admins and Callers to run reports. While Admins have default access to reports, Callers require specific configuration to gain this capability. This article outlines the steps for Admins to enable report access for Callers.
Steps to Allow Callers Access to Reports

Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin: Ensure you are logged in with Admin privileges.

Navigate to Users: Select Users from the top menu.

Enable MyReports Page for the User: Locate the desired User and check the MyReports Page box next to their name.

Save Changes: Click Save to apply these settings.

Access Projects: Select Projects from the top menu.

Select the Relevant Project: Choose the Project where the report(s) are located.

Access Report List: Open the 'Contacts & Reports' menu, then the Legacy Reports sub-menu, and select Report List.

Configure Report Access: Check the Show in Caller's My Reports page box for the desired report(s).

Save Settings: Click Save to finalize the changes.
By following these steps, Callers can now independently access and run the reports that are critical for their tasks, ensuring they have the necessary data to perform their roles effectively.
