Understanding Activity Icons on Your VanillaSoft Dashboard
The balls on the dashboard reflect how long it has been since the user resulted a call.
The different colors mean:
The last contact was resulted less than 10 minutes ago
The last contact was resulted 10 to 20 minutes ago
The last contact was resulted more than 20 minutes ago
Note: Hover over the ball to get exact time.
