How to Apply and Manage Routing Filters as a Caller
Applying a routing filer is a great way to specify which contacts will be routed to you and in what order. You can set filters based on any field that has data. In order for filters to be available to select, your Admin must configure the filter to be available on the Caller side first.
Apply a Filter as a Caller
- Log in to VanillaSoft as a Caller.
- Click on My CRM at the very top of your page.
- Select the My Intellective Routing Filters tab at the top.
- Open the drop-down menu and select the filter you would like to apply.
- Once the selection has been made, click Apply.
- To go back to the contact page, click the back-arrow in the top-left corner.
Modify an Existing Filter as a Caller
- Log in to VanillaSoft as a Caller.
- Click on My CRM at the very top of your page.
- Select the My Intellective Routing Filters tab at the top.
- Open the drop-down menu and select the filter you would like to modify.
- Once the selection has been made, click Edit.
- Modify the filter as desired.
- Once done, click the Calculate Contact Count button.
- Close the Summary window, then click Save.
- To go back to the contact page, click the back-arrow in the top-left corner.
