Salesforce Object Mapping: Result Code Triggers

When setting up a Salesforce Object Mapping, you need to select a Result Code Trigger to complete the Configuration and activate your Campaign. For more information on Configuration, please refer to our Salesforce Object Mapping: Configuration article.

Note: A Result Code can only be used once for an integration within a project. So while you can have multiple integrations active simultaneously, one Result Code cannot trigger multiple integrations at once.

 

Salesforce Object Mapping: Result Code Triggers

  1. Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.

  2. Select the desired Project.

  3. Under Integration, click on Salesforce Integrations.

  4. Select the desired Integration.

  5. Click on Select Triggers.

  6. The available Result Codes will display in white below.

  7. Check the box next to the desired Result Code(s) and click Apply.

  8. When done, check the Active box and click on Save.
