Understanding "End of Queue, Min. 1 Day" in VanillaSoft
The result action "End of Queue, Min. 1 Day" does not delay the lead from routing for 24 hours, it just delays it until the following day at some time. This is different functionality than "Retry In 1 Day", which is 24 hours, and other EoQ intervals such as "End of Queue, Min. 2 Days" uses the 24-hour cycle (so that would be 48 hours). The "1 Day" option is special in this way.
If the client wants it to wait a full 24 hours before re-routing, they need to use a custom time and say 24 hours instead. Or use a custom time and say 1 Day, because that also means 24 hours, just like every other use-case of 1 Day. Except when it's "End of Queue, Min. 1 Day".
