Change User Calendar Color
Setting a specific color in the calendar for each user is a great way to keep organized and easily tell which appointment is for which user. By default, VanillaSoft separates users' colors automatically, but you have the ability to manually configure this. As an Admin, you have the ability to change both users' and external agent's calendar color.

Note: If a color is already in use, you will see it highlighted by a white box surrounding that color. You can chose from one of the following colors:
Change User Calendar Color
- Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.
- Click Users from the top-left.
- Find the desired user and click on their username.
- Open the User Calendar Color drop-down and select Custom.
- Open the new drop-down that appears and select the desired color.
- Once done, click Save.
The user will now show up with this color in the calendar.
Change External Agent Calendar Color
- Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.
- Select the project where the external agent resides.
- Open the Workflow/Routing tab and select Appointment Setting.
- Select the Manage External Agents sub-menu from the same menu or from the left-hand pane.
- Highlight the desired external agent.
- Open the User Calendar Color drop-down and select Custom.
- Open the new drop-down that appears and select the desired color.
- Once done, click Save.
The external agent will now show up with this color in the calendar.
