Customize My Contacts Page

As an Administrator, you can customize the My Contacts page for your Callers. This will enable your Callers to view their assigned Contacts, while also giving you the ability to customize the view with as many or as few columns to be displayed as desired.

How To Customize My Contacts

1. Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.
   
   

   ---

2. Select the desired Project.
   
   

   ---

3. Under Page Layout, click on My Contacts Layout.
   
   

   ---

4. Check the Customize 'My Contacts' option.
   
   

   ---

5. Add the desired fields to be displayed to the Selected Fields panel.
   
   
   • The fields can be reordered by drag-and-dropping the columns within the table.

6. Once done, click Save.
