Enable Access to My Stats Page

As an Administrator, you can enable or disable access to the My Stats page for any user in your account. This page allows your Callers to view Contacts that they have made in the past 48 hours. Callers can view their My Stats page within the My CRM section. You can also view any Contact on the My Stats page, follow up with the Contact, or enter additional information.

Enable Access to My Stats

1. Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.

2. Select Users from the top menu.
   
   

   ---

3. Check the My Stats Page checkbox beside the desired username.

4. Once done, click Save.
