Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an additional layer of security to your VanillaSoft account. Here's how you can enable MFA:
- Log in as an Account Admin: Access your VanillaSoft account with Account Administrative rights.
- Access Account Settings: Click Account from the top menu.
- Enable MFA: Scroll down to the Account Options section and check the Enable 'Multi-Factor Authentication checkbox to enable this feature.
Note: Once enabled, MFA will apply to all users, including admins. All users will need to have access to a mobile phone number to use this feature.
For more detailed information on MFA, including setup and usage instructions, visit the Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) - Overview.
