How to Configure Your Time Zone in VanillaSoft
Time accuracy keeps your day on track. Set the correct time zone so call attempts, reminders, and appointments line up with local time for you and your contacts. Both Admins and Callers can update their own settings, and Admins can set a user’s time zone when needed. If your team books meetings from connected calendars, confirm the sync first so events reflect the same time zone by following Synchronize VanillaSoft Calendar with Google or Outlook 365.
Set your Time Zone
As an Admin: set your own time zone

Log in to Vanillasoft as an Admin.
- If you are logged in as a Caller, switch to Admin from the top menu.

Open your profile by clicking your username in the top-right corner.

In User’s Time Zone, choose the correct time zone from the drop-down.

Click Save.
As an Admin: set a user’s time zone

Log in to Vanillasoft as an Admin.
- If you are logged in as a Caller, switch to Admin from the top menu.

Open Users from the top menu.

Click the target username to open the user profile.

In User’s Time Zone, select the correct time zone for the user.

Click Save.
As a Caller: set your time zone

Log in to Vanillasoft as a Caller.
- If you are logged in as an Admin, switch to Caller from the top menu.

Open your profile by clicking your username in the top-right corner.

In Time Zone, select your time zone from the drop-down.

Click Save Changes.
Your time zone is now set, so meetings, reminders, and follow-ups reflect the correct local time. If schedules still look off, confirm your computer’s system clock and calendar settings match your location.
