• Template and Signature Variables: If you use templates or email signatures that incorporate contact variables, be aware that these typically pull data from your profile. Updating your profile ensures these elements remain accurate.

• Restrictions: If you find that you are unable to edit your personal information, this may be due to restrictions set by your VanillaSoft administrator. In such cases, please contact your administrator for assistance.

Update Your Personal Information

1. Access Your Profile: From any page within VanillaSoft, click on your username located in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. Modify Your Information: In the User Profile section, make the necessary updates to your information. If not all fields are visible, click on "+ Show Additional Fields" to expand the section.

3. Save Changes: After entering your updated information, click Save to apply the changes.
