Hide No-Reply or Opt-Out SMS Messages
In VanillaSoft, you can easily filter out SMS messages that have not received a reply or that the recipient has opted out from receiving further messages. This article will guide you through the steps to enable this feature. Please note that you must be logged into the Caller side of VanillaSoft to access the SMS filter options.
Steps to Hide Non-Replies and Opt-Outs
- Access My SMS: From the Caller homepage, click on My SMS in the top menu.
- Open the Filter: Click on the filter icon
to open the filtering options.
- Enable Filters: To hide messages without a reply, check the Hide Non-Replies option. If you'd like to hide messages from recipients who have opted out, enable the Hide Opt-Outs checkbox.
That's it! With these filters enabled, your SMS inbox will only show messages that have active replies or have not been opted out by recipients, making it easier to manage your active conversations.
