VanillaSoft does not support nor troubleshoot headset issues. If you experience any issues with your headset, please reach out to the headset manufacturer for assistance. VanillaSoft recommends using a wired USB headset to allow for easier troubleshooting and better connectivity. VanillaSoft does not recommend wireless headsets.
