If you need to cancel your VanillaSoft account, the process is designed to be quick and straightforward. USHA agents can manage their account cancellation directly from their profile, ensuring a smooth transition. Follow these steps to deactivate your account.
To Cancel Your Account
- Access Your Profile: From the Caller homepage (if you're logged in as an administrator, click on Caller at the top to switch to the Caller side), click on your username in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Navigate to Payment Info: In the left-hand pane, open the Payment Info section.
- Initiate Cancellation: At the bottom of the page, click on the Cancel VanillaSoft Account option.
- Confirm Cancellation: In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click the Confirm button to finalize the cancellation.
Once you confirm, you will be logged out automatically, and a confirmation email will be sent to your listed email address, indicating the successful closure of your account. Please note that no refunds or partial monthly prorations are available.
