Steps to Set Up Proximity for Appointment Setting Calendars

Select Project: From the Admin homepage, select the desired project.

Access Appointment Setting Options: Open the Workflow/Routing menu, then the Appointment Setting sub-menu, and select the Appointment Setting section.

Enter Distance Value: In the section labeled “Highlight calendar appointments within [ ] miles of the current contact based on Zip/Postal code”, enter the desired distance value.

Save Changes: Once done, click Save.
Usage Notes

When viewing a user's calendar, all appointments within the pre-set proximity will be highlighted in green. This visual aid helps easily identify optimal time slots for new appointments.

To see the actual distance in miles for each contact, hover over the appointments.

Proximity calculations are based on Zip/Postal Codes, and accuracy may vary due to the varying coverage areas of Zip/Postal Codes. The database is updated quarterly.
