How to Format Date Fields
Dates are displayed in various areas of VanillaSoft, such as call history, appointments, and reports. You can customize how these dates are displayed to suit your preferences.
Note:
The date format you select will be the default for all new projects. This setting can be overwritten on the project settings page.
Steps to Format Date Fields

Access Account Settings: From the Admin homepage, click on Account at the top of the page.

Select Date Format: In the Account Options section, open the Date Format drop-down and select the desired option.

Update Projects: Click the Update Projects button if you want all of your current projects to use the selected Date Format.
