A new VanillaSoft service with the ultimate suspected scam/spam flagging and call blocking prevention solution is now available. SmartCaller Trust is a service that registers VanillaSoft customer’s phone numbers with the telco ecosystem. SmartCaller Trust will remove ambiguity and prevent the call from being marked as a scam/spam or blocked.
SmartCaller Trust also provides better caller ID clarity by ensuring the ID is presented correctly and by protecting the number from being spoofed or hijacked in the background. SmartCaller Trust replaces SmartNumber Monitoring.
Benefits of SmartCaller Trust
Due to the high amount of robocalls and spam callers, answered call rates are decreasing overall. Because of this, carriers can block legitimate calls between an agent and Contact. SmartNumber Monitoring helped prevent this for the time being, but carriers change their algorithms, rendering our efforts ineffective. With SmartCaller Trust, the numbers are registered, so the carriers know it's a legitimate call and doesn't block the call or mislabeling it as spam. Another benefit is SmartCaller Trust protects your caller ID from being used elsewhere, which will likely increase the answer rate when calling Contacts.
Cost
SmartCaller Trust has been implemented at select USHA divisions. The cost is being shared by the division and by the individual agents. This means that the individual agent's invoice from VanillaSoft will go up by $10 (USD) starting July 1st, 2021.
