Purchasing contacts through VanillaSoft is done by purchasing credits, then redeeming those credits for contacts. Purchase credits that you can redeem at any time for new contacts in any VanillaSoft project. One credit equals one contact. Credits do not expire as long as you are a VanillaSoft customer.
- Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.
- Select the desired Project.
- Open the Contacts & Reports menu, and select the Purchase Contacts section.
- If you do not see this section, please refer to our Enable Purchase Contacts Section article
- Select the Purchase Credits tab.
- Choose and select the desired package.
- If your Payment Method information is correct, click Place Your Order.
- If you do not have a credit card saved on file, follow our Update your Account Payment Information article to proceed.
- Once complete, your credits will be added to your account and ready to use.
- An email with your Order Confirmation will be sent to the email address shown above
