As an Administrator, you can enable or disable access to the My Contacts page for any user in your account. This page allows your Callers to view all of their assigned Contacts. Callers can view their My Contacts page within the My CRM section. You can also view any individual Contacts on the My Contacts page, follow up with the Contact, or enter additional information.
Enable Access To My Contacts
- Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.
- Select Users from the top menu.
- Select the User you wish to modify by clicking on their email address.
- Alternatively, access can also be given on the Users page by checking the box My Contacts Page

- In the User Permission section, check the box next to My Contacts.
- Once selection is done, click on Save.
