As an Administrator, you can enable access for exporting Contacts to any User on your account. Callers can then export a list of their owned Contacts into a .CSV file. For Callers, exporting Contacts can be done within the My Contacts section of VanillaSoft. 

Note: This will give the User the ability to export their Contacts outside of VanillaSoft. Once a file is exported outside of VanillaSoft, any changes the Caller makes to the file will need to be sent back to the Admin to update the Contacts.

Enable Access To Export My Contacts

1. Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.

2. Select Users from the top menu.
   
   

   ---

3. Select the desired Username.
   
   

   ---

4. In the User Permission section, check the box next to Ability to export My Contacts.
