As an Administrator, you have the ability to run queries in Contact Management to view different lists of Contacts. You can also make batch edits to those lists, as well as move Contacts within Projects, copy to other Projects, and delete Contacts. Building a Query in Contact Management
- Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.
- Select the desired Project.
- Under Contacts & Reports, click on Contact Management.
- If you want to build your Query from scratch, click Build a New Query.
- If you have a saved Query, click Select This Query, then Edit This Query.
- If you have a saved Query, click Select This Query, then Edit This Query.
- Add any Fields that you wish to view in your Query.
- Set the Filter and Value for each desired Field as needed.
- Once each Field has the Filters and Values set as desired, click Run Query.
