By default, VanillaSoft provides three phone fields: Business, Mobile, and Home. These fields can be customized to suit your specific needs. You have the option to rename existing fields, add or remove fields, set which field can receive SMS messages, include extensions, and set the display order on the Caller side. Admin access is required to make these changes.
Steps to Change Phone Field Name

Log in as an Admin: From the Admin homepage, select the project you want to modify.

Access Phone Fields: From the top menu, select Field Customization, then choose Phone Fields from the drop-down.

Make Changes: Rename the fields as needed and click Save.
Your phone fields have now been updated. Reports and integration profiles within VanillaSoft will automatically reflect these changes, so there is no need to update existing fields within those sections.
