Streamline your workflow with the Quick Result Call list feature in VanillaSoft. This handy list of Result Codes appears on the far right of your caller screen, allowing you to take immediate action with just one click and seamlessly move on to the following contact in the queue. However, there are a few important considerations and steps to follow when configuring this feature.

Key Restrictions
- Limit of 20: You can choose up to 20 Result Codes to be displayed in the Quick Result list. You'll need to customize your selection if you have more than 20 Result Codes.
- No Action Required: Result Codes that require any action, such as scheduling a callback, selecting a date, assigning to another user, or involving data collection prompts, cannot be included in the Quick Result list. These codes will be available under the 'Results' section at the top of the Quick Result list.
Configuring Your Quick Result Call List
- From the Admin homepage, open the specific Project that you'd like to configure.
- In the top menu, open the Workflow/Routing menu, navigate to the Result Codes submenu, and select Quick Result Call.
- Choose the desired option in the Quick Result Call Box Shows section. If you opt for 'Let Me Choose Which Result Codes To Show,' proceed to Step 8.
- Open the Result Codes for Lead Status drop-down and determine the desired lead status.
- Select the Result Code(s) you want to include in the list by clicking on them in the Eligible Result Codes list. Use Ctrl to select multiple codes.
- Move the selected Result Codes into the Quick Result Codes list by clicking the blue right arrow.
- Organize the list to your preference by selecting a Result Code and using the blue up and down arrows.
- Once satisfied, click Save.
