Allow or Prevent Project and Team Switching Ability

As an Admin you have the ability to allow or prevent your Callers from switching between different Projects and Teams. If a Caller does not have Allow Switching enabled, they are only able to work from the Projects and Team they are assigned to. If a Caller has Allow Switching enabled, they can switch between any Projects or Team they have access to. Configure Switching Ability

  1. Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.

  2. Select Users from the top menu.

  3. Check or uncheck the Allow Switching checkbox beside the desired username.

  4. Once done, click Save.

If the Caller is logged in, they will need to refresh their page, or log out and back in for these changes to take effect. As a Caller, you can switch between Projects and Teams by following the steps in our How To Switch Projects or Teams article.
