As a Caller using VanillaSoft, the ability to switch between different Projects and Teams ensures you can manage your tasks efficiently across various assignments. Follow these steps to change your current Project or Team setup. If you find you do not have the option to switch, your Admin will need to enable this feature, detailed in our Managing Caller Permissions for Switching Projects and Teams article.
Steps to Switch Projects or Teams

Access the Project and Teams Menu: From the Caller interface in VanillaSoft, locate and open the Project and Teams menu at the top-left of the page.

Select Your New Project and Team: Hover over the Project you wish to switch to, then click on the Team within that Project that you need to switch to.

Confirm the Switch: Once you select the desired Project and Team, VanillaSoft will automatically update your session to the new Project and Team.
What to Do If You Cannot Switch
If the 'Project and Teams' menu does not allow you to switch or the option to switch is not visible:

Contact Your Admin: Notify your Administrator that you cannot switch projects or teams. They may need to adjust your permissions to allow for project and team switching.
