Understanding Caller Permissions

Restricted Switching: If a Caller does not have the "Allow Switching" option enabled, they can only access the Projects and Teams to which they have been assigned.

Steps to Configure Switching Ability

Navigate to User Management: From the admin homepage, select Users from the top menu.

Locate the User: Scroll through the user list or use the Search function to find the specific user you wish to assign to a project.
