How to Enable Voicemail Notification for Your VanillaSoft VoIP Line

Steps to Enable Voicemail Notification

Access Your VoIP Portal: Log in to your VanillaSoft VoIP portal using your credentials.

Navigate to Notifications: From the menu on the left, open the Features category then select the Notifications section.

Add a New Notification: Click on "+ Add New" at the top of the page to begin setting up a new notification.
- Configure Notification Settings:
- Notification Type: Select the appropriate notification type for voicemail.
- Email Address: Enter the email address where you want to receive notifications.
- Send Attachment: Choose whether to attach the voicemail file to the email.
- Confirmed: Enable or disable confirmation requirements for the notification.
- Text Number: Optionally, enter a mobile number if you also want to receive text notifications.
- Phone Number: Optionally, provide an additional contact number for voice alerts.
- Retries: Set how many times the notification should retry if not successful.
- Priority: Assign a priority level to the notification, if applicable.

Set Notification Schedule (Optional): If you prefer notifications only during specific times, click on Show Notification Schedule. Configure the days and times you wish to receive notifications.
