Applying a routing filter is a great way to specify which contacts will be routed to you and in what order. You can set filters based on any field that has data. For existing filters to be available, your Admin must configure them first. For more details on creating routing filters, refer to the How to Create an Intellective Routing Filter article.
Steps to Apply a Filter as a Caller

Log in to VanillaSoft as a Caller: Access your VanillaSoft caller account.

Access My CRM: Click on My CRM at the top of your page.

Select Routing Filters: Click on the My Intellective Routing Filters tab at the top.

Choose Filter: Open the drop-down menu and select the filter you would like to apply.

Apply Filter: Click Apply to activate the filter.

Return to Contact Page: Click the back-arrow in the top-left corner to go back to the contact page.
Steps to Modify an Existing Filter as a Caller

Log in to VanillaSoft as a Caller: Access your VanillaSoft caller account.

Access My CRM: Click on My CRM at the top of your page.

Select Routing Filters: Click on the My Intellective Routing Filters tab at the top.

Choose Filter: Open the drop-down menu and select the filter you would like to modify.

Edit Filter: Click Edit to modify the filter as desired.

Calculate Contact Count: Click the Calculate Contact Count button.

Save Changes: Close the Summary window, then click Save.

Return to Contact Page: Click the back-arrow in the top-left corner to go back to the contact page.
Steps to Create a New Filter as a Caller

Access My CRM: While logged in as a Caller, click on My CRM at the top of the page.

Create New Filter: Click the New User Filter button.

Name the Filter: Enter the name of the filter in the Filter Name field.

Configure the Filter: In the Routing Filter area, open the Value drop-down and choose the desired field for filtering.

Set the Operator: Open the Operator drop-down and select the method for filtering (e.g., equals, contains).

Define the Value: If applicable, enter or select the filtering value.

Test the Filter (Optional): Click the Preview Contact Count button to verify if the filter works correctly with your data.

Save the Filter: Click Save to finalize and activate the filter.
