The Caller Access page allows Admins to give Callers the ability to switch between different Intellective Routing Filters (whether that is a Routing Filter or a Proximity Filter) or even create their own User-specific Routing Filter. This gives the Caller freedom to choose which Routing Filter to apply and limit the types of Contacts routed in each Caller's routing queue.
Allow Intellective Filter Caller Access
- Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.
- Select the desired Project.
- Open the Workflow/Routing menu, then the Intellective Routing submenu, and select the Caller Access section.
- Select the Add/Remove Available Fields button to open the available fields window.
- Select each checkbox beside the field(s) you would like to allow Callers to use in their filter.
- Once all desired fields have been checked, select Apply Selection.
- To give access to a particular User, select Selected Users, then check the box next to the desired Username in the Routing Filters column.
- Leave All Users selected to give access to all Users.
- To give access to a particular User, select Selected Users, then check the box next to the desired Username in the Proximity Routing column.
- Leave All Users selected to give access to all Users.
- Once done, click Save.
