VS Connect is your VanillaSoft VoIP line's softphone. If you use a VanillaSoft VoIP line, you must install VS Connect to make calls. You can install VS Connect on multiple computers but only log in to one VoIP profile at a time. If you already have VS Connect installed but are looking to upgrade to the most recent version, there is no need to uninstall VS Connect. You can follow the steps below, and once done, VS Connect will be up-to-date on your computer.
Note: VS Connect can only be installed on a computer running Windows or Mac OS. Tablets are not supported. View our VanillaSoft VoIP System Requirements article for more information. Depending on your local network configuration, you may need to refer to the Firewall Settings for VoIP article to use VS Connect properly.
