VanillaSoft offers five different account types, each providing a unique set of features tailored to various user needs. Steps to Change Account Type

Access Users Section: From the Admin homepage, select the Users section from the top menu.

Manage User Licenses: Click on the Manage User Licenses tab.

Find the User: Either search for the user using the search bar or locate them in the user list.

Select New Account Type: Open the drop-down menu in the Account Type column next to the user’s name and select the desired account type.

Save Changes: Once you have selected the new account type, click Save.
